Trapped by unmanageable credit card debt?

It's not a pleasant subject. It is cloaked in shame, guilt and fear. It is responsible for countless sleepless nights, broken marriages, and even suicides. I'm talking about DEBT, especially credit card debt, which is suffocating tens of millions of Americans.

If you too are trapped in debt, I empathize with your predicament. A few years ago I was where you are now. I got in debt over my head and I couldn't even keep up with the minimum payments.

Luckily I found legal help that helped me, and I sincerely hope you find a workable solution to your problem that will help you put this nightmare behind you.

I have looked at the various options presented online as "debt solutions," and I know that it is very difficult to decide what is a legitimate strategy and what is a scam. Many folks will "promise the moon," but will they deliver?

Some promise to "invalidate your debt," or make it "vanish." But from what I've seen with my own eyes, if it sounds "to good to be true," it probably is!

I've considered this problem of credit card debt for years- from several viewpoints, including that of debtor and the promoter of some "debt solutions." I always thought that what I was recommending online was a good deal for the debtor, but recently I got burned, along with some consumers. In this case, I was helping a guy get traffic to his websites through Google ads, and then suddenly his business was shut down by the state for being a "scam." Yuck! I felt dirty.

After giving it some thought, I can only now recommend legitimate lawyers, either for bankruptcy or debt negotiation.

A lawyer is trained, experienced and skilled in dealing with creditors and the laws that govern them. You are not!

Having a lawyer on your side takes much of your stress and worry away. It is a good feeling to have a tough negotiator working to save you money, and if you are sued, you will have a tough legal team working to get the lawsuit dismissed if possible and help you avoid getting legal judgements against you.
