Hello. I'm David Miller.

A few years ago I had my own experience with "credit card debt hell," and that's why I've started this site dedicated to giving debtors like myself a fighting chance when forced to go up against the credit card companies.

I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but I think that given the choice between standing by passively as you watch your financial future go down the drain or deciding to fight these debts with every legal tool at your disposal, it only makes sense to fight.

This is the choice I made three years ago, and I'm convinced it was the right one.

It wasn't all easy and it wasn't exactly cheap to hire a lawyer, but if I had stayed in a state of denial and done nothing, I'm sure I would have lost all my assets and would have been left with few if any options short of bankruptcy. Instead, I followed my lawyer's advice and escaped relatively unscathed.
