Unfortunately, there are "debt relief scams" that cannot deliver on their promises. I know because in the past I have promoted companies that I now regret being associated with.

Now, with benefit of hindsight, I only can recommend "mainstream" companies in the debt relief field, either bankruptcy lawyers or well-tested debt settlement firms.
